Team Building

Current workplace trends put an emphasis on outcome or the “bottom line” but often don’t recognise that in order to accomplish the ‘end product’ you need effective working relationships.

People need to share ideas, information and a sense of purpose in order to achieve, this doesn’t always occur automatically - sometimes people need help.

This page gives a brief introduction to our team building one day on-site workshop.

Course Structure

This is an interactive sessions that relies on participants bringing their own experiences of what has and hasn’t worked in their teams.

These are then used as ‘live’ examples on which we hang our teaching.

This workshop is particularly ideal for getting teams together to agree new ‘terms of reference’ that they can all buy into.
