Examine the reasons behind negative behaviour
Recognise your preferred communication style
Identify your preferred roles within a team

Course Structure

This is an interactive sessions that relies on participants bringing their own experiences of what has and hasn’t worked in their teams.

These are then used as ‘live’ examples on which we hang our teaching.

This workshop is particularly ideal for getting teams together to agree new ‘terms of reference’ that they can all buy into.
