4. We will send booking confirmation by email.

5. Around two weeks before the course we'll send detailed joining instructions and details of our pre-course questionnaire.

ILM Approval

Our public Train the Trainer course is approved and monitered by the Institute of leadership & Management.

The ILM (www.i-l-m.com) is the leading UK approving organisation for management and leadership training, and is part of the City & Guilds Group.

Delegates on this course can receive an ILM certificate and a six month studying membership (additional fee £46+VAT)

Public Courses

We provide our Train the Trainer and Advanced Train the Trainer course at four locations across the UK:

Regus, Stockley Park, near Heathrow / London. - Located very close to Heathrow Airport and easily accessible from Central London.
Leeds - Located in Leeds city centre, close to the train station.
Manchester - Located near to Manchester Airport.
Deddington - Located in the small town of Deddington in north Oxfordshire.

Before, During and After the course......

Training is most effective when it is directly applicable to delegates' 'day to day' work. This is why we take a genuine interest in delegates' needs, before, during and after the course.

Before the course:

We'll send a confidential pre-course questionnaire to understand any individual requirements. Our trainers take time to read the questionnaires to ensure they can help delegates get the most from the course.

We are happy to look over and discuss delegates' training material before the course.

During the course

Each delegate receives full colour copies of slides, a workbook and course handouts. Coffee / Tea and Lunch are also provided.

After the course

We'll keep in touch - All delegates are entitled to six months of email/telephone support - Delegates often use this to send us whole courses for review.
