We run our public courses in four locations -

Spacious, air conditioned training rooms in Regus training centres in

London (near Heathrow),
Leeds (city Centre)
Manchester (near the airport)

Or get away from the city crowds at our training base in

Deddington, North Oxfordshire

Join one of our public courses in a range of skill areas. You find a relaxed atmosphere away from your day to to day office pressures.

We take a real interest in your needs, before, during and after the course.

Before the course: We'll send a confidential pre-course questionnaire to understand what you need from the course.
During the course: our trainers will ensure you get what you need from the course. Each delegate recieves full colour copies of slides, a workbook and course handouts.
After the course we'll keep in touch - you have six months of email/telephone support. We also send out copies of the flip chart notes produced on the day.

How to book.....

1. Check out our public course schedule and Prices . All courses have at least two avaliable places unless otherwise stated.

2. Send an email to: Bookings. Let us know which course you would like to book. We'll send full course booking details by email within 48 hours (usually sooner). We'll explain payment options.

Fill in this booking form and return it to us by fax to 0870-199-2408 or post.

3. We will send booking confirmation by email.

4. Around two weeks before the course we'll send detailed joining instructions and details of our pre-course questionnaire.

ILM Approval

All our two day public courses are approved and monitored by the independent Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM)Management (ILM)

The ILM (www.i-l-m.com) is the leading UK approving organisation for management and leadership training.It is part of the City & Guilds Group.

Delegates attending one of our approved courses can receive an ILM certificate and one year studying membership (additional fee £45+VAT)
