One of the strengths of Adelphi Associates training is the enthusiasm we have for tailoring courses to meet individual needs. We find this has a big impact on the success of our training. The prices below include such pre-course tailoring work.

We are always happy to discuss amendments to the structure and content to meet particular needs.

What’s included in the price

The price is an all-in fee for a single class of up to 10 students.

It includes :

• A pre-course visit to discuss your needs in detail

ILM Approval

Two day courses marked with * are approved by the Institute for Leadership and Management (ILM). The ILM are the UK’s largest provider of management and development awards. Invoicing

Invoices are presented at the completion of each course.

We reserve the right to invoice a portion of the course fee for late cancellations (within 4 weeks - 25%, 7 days - 50% and 48 hours -  80%).

Travel Costs

We make no charge for travel and hotel costs for locations within one hour travel time of Oxford.

For other locations we will provide details of such costs well in advance of course delivery.
