As consultants we specialise in helping you achieve a range of business goals. These include:

Improved business effectiveness

There are times in the development of a business when everyone knows more can be achieved but for some reason morale is low or people simply don’t seem to be pulling in the same direction.

This can be due to a number of reasons :

A mismatch between staff and employer expectations.
A lack of understanding of business goals
Internal “feuding” between departments
Teams that lack focus or a good mix of skills

Our approach...

We will start by meeting with you to talk through the current situation and what you would like to achieve. Typically we then talk through issues with employees, managers and team members and identify with you a business development plan.

We use a range of tools in assessing the health of the business team and what can be done to foster better morale and team strength.

If teams don’t seem to be effective we can conduct a skills audit. We will usually use the Belbin team skills model to assess the skills of each team member.

These tools include a structured survey and analysis of the psychological contract between employees and the business. The psychological contract is much more than academic jargon. Read more here.

Our agreement with you...

For our consultancy work we initially meet with you at no charge to agree the scope of the project, its objectives and likely duration. We can then quote either a fixed price or a price range which depends in part on the business success of the project.

You are then free to choose whether to proceed further.

Pricing

It is impossible to be very specific on the price for a project. However we will do our utmost to provide value for money and we always try to quote fixed prices in advance. It is only in unusual circumstances that we need to quote “time and materials” pricing when the boundaries of a project are unclear at the start.

For most customers, our fixed price projects range in price from £2,000 to £15,000.
