Misunderstandings can lead to demotivated staff, loss of revenue and even, in the case of health and safety issues, real danger. Our Communication Skills course will give delegates the skills, knowledge and attitude needed to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Course OverviewOur Communication Skills course will help delegates:
Practice!Understanding the theory that underpins communication is important - However , a course focusing just on theory would be quite dry.
Through activities and discussion, delegates will also find ways to solve communication problems they may have had in the past, and so ensure that they do not happen in the future. Before the courseWe send our pre course questionnaires to all delegates attending our Communication Skills course. The responses are confidential - We use them to (as much as possible) make sure that the course meets the needs' of each delegate. We will also send a communication style questionnaire. We explain on the course how our communication style effects the way we communicate and the way we perceive others' communications. After the courseAll delegates who have attended our Communication Skills course are entitled to six months free telephone and email support. |
