• Have a sound understanding of issues and studies / models relevant to training.

• Be proactive, confident, enthusiastic - and a sense of humour helps!

Requirements:

• Candidates with hands on experience in training design and delivery / Demonstrable experience of running successful training sessions.
• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
• Car owner with full UK drivers licence.
• Willingness to travel and spend some nights away.
