Our ideal candidate would:

• Have at least three years hands on experience in training design and delivery / Demonstrable experience of running successful training sessions.
• Be a car owner with a full UK drivers licence.
• Be willing to travel anywhere within the UK and spend some nights away.
• Be enthusiastic and passionate about providing excellent and effective training.
• Be literate and numerate.
• Have first-rate communication skills and be able to communicate with people at all levels.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills.
• Have a sound understanding of issues and studies / models relevant to training.
• Be able to use their own initiative.
• Be proactive, confident, enthusiastic - and a sense of humour helps!
